This policy covers the TechDNA website. We build software for a living, not data-collection tools — so this is short, because there isn't much to say.

Information we collect

When you reach out through our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, company, phone number if you provide one, and the details of your project. We don't collect anything else — no browsing history, no device fingerprinting, nothing running in the background.

How we use it

We use what you submit to understand your project and get back to you. That's it. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing. If we work together, the details from your inquiry may carry over into our internal project records — otherwise, it sits with us in case you follow up.

Cookies & tracking

This site doesn't run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. If that changes — say, we add basic analytics to understand which pages are useful — we'll update this section to reflect it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as they're relevant to a potential or active engagement, and for our own business records after that. If you'd like your information removed sooner, email us and we'll take care of it.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — just email contact@techdna.com. We'll respond directly, not through a support ticket system.

Links to other sites

Our work pages link out to client websites and social profiles. Once you leave our site, their privacy practices apply, not ours.

Changes to this policy

If how we handle information changes, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. We won't quietly water it down.
